    Founded as a Salesforce CRM Analytics specialist. CRMA dashboards, dataflows, SAQL — the work that built the reputation.

    Lean IT framework

    Codified the Lean-First Approach methodology — a three-phase delivery model that maps the stack with you, strips what does not earn its keep, and builds the next chapter on a hardened foundation.

  3. 2024

    Security engineering practice

    Integrated security reviews, fractional CISO leadership, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / CMMC 2.0 alignment as the core practice. Engineering-led security became the operating model.
