Who we are

We are Trailblazer Insights Consulting LLC, which does business as Kyni Solutions, based in New York. Write to us at hello@kynisolutions.com.

What we collect

When you send a form or book a time, we collect your name, work email, and company. We also collect what you are interested in, your company size, your timeline, the package and CRM you pick, your notes, and the time you book.

To stop abuse, we log your IP address and browser type with every form you submit.

If you open the Atlas chat, we send Anthropic the messages you type, so Atlas can reply.

We count site visits: which page, which button, and which site sent you here. No cookies, no ad trackers, and no IP address.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to schedule your review, to stop spam, and to see which pages help people.

Where it goes

Google Cloud holds our database and our servers, in the United States. Google Workspace sends our email and our calendar invites. Slack carries our internal lead alert. Anthropic generates Atlas chat replies. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your lead details while we are in touch about your review or your project. Ask, and we delete them.

Your choices

Write to hello@kynisolutions.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted in our visit numbers.

Changes

We update this page and its date whenever our practices change.
